用烘培的青仁黑豆黑豆當主材來調製搭配首烏, 可以吃到一顆顆好吃的黑豆.
包裝上都有簡單詳細的料理方法. 保存期限是兩年,若30天內不使用,請冷藏 /凍保存.
藥膳養生,內容組成:青仁黑豆、黃耆、何首烏、川芎、紅棗、陳皮、白芍、甘草、桂支等漢方純素原料

Directions:
1. Blanch meat in boiling water and remove.
2. Put meat (600-900g), herbs bag, black bean and 2000cc cold water and 150cc rice cooking wine in a pot and bring them to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 50 minutes and add salt.
