Directions:
1. Blanch meat in boiling water and remove.
2. Put meat, herbs bag and 2000-5000cc cold water in a pot and bring them to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 50 minutes and add salt shredded ginger.
4. To scald thin slices of meat in boiling until done.
