烹調方法:
1. 解凍後, 鍋中放入少許油, 油熱後魚兩面煎烤至熟透即可.
2.解凍後, 烤箱預熱375度, 大約烤 7-10分鐘, 中途翻面至熟透即可.
3. BBQ 至熟透即可.
