Product Description

Fresh Fourfinger Threadfin is an excellent eating fish with mostly white flesh of good flavor. It is excellent for frying, baking and steaming. It has been processed: scales, gills and internal belly removed.

新鮮午仔魚肉質鮮美,細膩而爽口,為方便客戶食用,已做三去的處理,去鱗、去鰓、去肚。

解凍方式
1.午仔魚烹煮前一天由冷凍放置冷藏,慢慢降溫。
2.自然沖水解凍,解凍後就可煎、蒸、煮。

烹調重點
1.煎煮,少油、中火,下鍋前可抹些許鹽巴。
2.炊蒸,把薑、蔥切絲或加入破布子一起蒸,可增加風味。
